Smeg presents THE innovation for the elegant kitchen of 2026, which will particularly delight all design enthusiasts: the Musa design line, an "inspiring" series of built-in appliances that cleverly plays with glossy and matte surfaces, creating a harmonious design of soft shapes and lines. Here in the magazine, we introduce you to the new kitchen appliances and show beautiful examples of how you can integrate them into your kitchen.

Smeg Musa Collection Kitchen Appliances
The Smeg Musa design line, created in collaboration with Borromeo Silva Studio, is the epitome of Italian design. Here, perfect proportions, geometry, and a play of light reflections converge. The name derives from "the Muse," reflecting the fact that these Italian kitchen appliances are as much a source of creative inspiration as the goddesses of Greek mythology themselves.
The design is defined by gently rounded contours. The sophisticated combination of matte and glossy surfaces gives the kitchen appliances an elegant, architectural presence, allowing them to blend seamlessly into modern kitchens. In terms of color, Smeg has opted for monochrome colors such as black and silver for the Musa series.
Oven
The Smeg oven in the Musa design features Eclipse black glass (also available in silver!) and is operated with a combination of buttons and touch controls. Various models are available in 60 cm and 45 cm widths, starting at €979 (RRP).

Induction Cooktop
Smeg cooktops are Made in Italy. They are designed, developed, and produced in Italy. This includes the Smeg Musa induction cooktop. It is available in various widths starting at €639 (RRP).

About the Smeg Brand
SMEG is an Italian design brand for high-quality and distinctive kitchen appliances. Refrigerators, ranges, cooktops, and extractor hoods are part of the product range, as are small kitchen appliances (toasters, kettles, coffee makers, and more). A key feature of the brand is its focus on unmistakable design. SMEG collaborates with renowned designers, such as Dolce & Gabbana, to achieve this. The exceptional products also include many special editions, such as the retro refrigerator with a Mickey Mouse drawing or a Peanuts motif commemorating an anniversary of the characters. Refrigerators and ranges in a 1950s retro style are also available. Founded in 1948, the company from Northern Italy is now in its third generation of family ownership.
