How it works
Gaggenau’s fully integrated induction system works just like a standard induction cooktop, except that the technology is installed invisibly within the worktop: induction modules located beneath the surface heat the base of the cookware directly, while the worktop itself remains largely cool. Gaggenau’s signature control knobs (available in stainless steel or black) are a visual highlight of this fully integrated system. Thanks to their high precision, they allow for direct, rapid, and intuitive selection of the twelve power levels, as well as the keep-warm and booster functions. The knobs can be positioned either centrally or flush with the cooking zones.
A small dot of light signals the connection between the control knob and the active cooking zone by glowing subtly, while also serving as a positioning guide for the cookware.
