#2 - Bratenthermometer
With a roasting thermometer (also called a food thermometer or core temperature sensor), you can measure the core temperature of food in the oven with pinpoint accuracy. This is especially useful when cooking meat in the oven, ensuring dishes are cooked to perfection.
#3 - Pyrolysis
In 2025, we no longer clean the oven by hand but let the appliance handle it itself. With self-cleaning (pyrolysis, hydrolysis, or catalysis), dirt in the cooking chamber is burned off at high temperatures and falls down as ash. This ash only needs to be wiped away afterwards.
